This coffee comes from a single plantation that produces Arabica beans grown in the shade and sun-dried across approximately 70 hectares. The single-plantation setup and organic farming methods ensure a high and consistent product quality. Between January and April, only the ripe

coffee cherries are hand-picked here and washed with fresh mountain water from the Ganesh Himal. This has created jobs in this remote region, particularly for underprivileged women, and halted rural exodus.

In addition, the farm actively supports reforestation, soil conservation, and environmental protection: various bird species, wild birds, and other animals that had previously disappeared have now returned to the area.
