Delivery is available within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Luxembourg (international).

Shipping Costs (including statutory value-added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

For end consumers, shipping costs are 2.95 euros (gross); orders with a total value of 50 euros (gross) or more qualify for free shipping.

For resellers, fair trade shops, and retailers, shipping costs are 7.95 euros (gross). For orders totaling 300 euros (net) or more, we offer free shipping. 

International shipments:

For end consumers:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Merchandise value up to 25 € = 8.90 €
Merchandise value over 25 € up to 75 € = 12.90 €
Value of goods over 75 € up to 150 € = 18.90 €
Value of goods over 150 € = 30.00 €

For resellers, fair trade shops, and retailers, shipping costs are 13.95 euros (gross). We offer free shipping on orders of 300 euros (net) or more. 

Delivery
Times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days; for international shipments, delivery takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation (for orders with agreed prepayment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you’re picking up your order in person, we’ll notify you via email when the items are ready and provide pickup instructions. In this case, no shipping fees will be charged.

Payment Terms for Consumers:

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

  • via PayPal 
  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • Cash payment upon pickup

For international deliveries, you have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • via PayPal 

Payment terms for resellers:

  • As individually agreed
